2.What is your terms of payment? Usually,we accept Terms of payment 30% deposit,full payment before delivery the goods.; PAYPAL, WU and and so on.
3.What is the lead time? It usually takes 2-3weeks after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment if no raw material in stock. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
4.What is your terms of packing? Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons.lf is fragile we will make wooden frame,and we also can according to your requirements.
5.What is your terms of delivery? We accept EXW,FOB,etc.You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.Sample order We usually ship by DHL,UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
6.How to solve the quality problems after sales? Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.
7.Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order? Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
8.ls it OK to print my logo on led light product? Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

10.How to proceed an order for downlight? Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
